Game: Texas at New York Yankees (7:05 PM Eastern)
Pick: New York Yankees +110 (moneyline)
This should be an entertaining game tonight at the Stadium, as a pair of top-of-the-rotation pitchers square off. Yu Darvish is certainly all of that, but struggling Rangers' bats have made life difficult for him. The Rangers have dropped five of his last six starts. The Yankees have an ace of their own in Hiroki Kuroda who has a slightly better ERA than Darvish on the season, without the fanfare. Kuroda is 5-2 at the Stadium with a healthy 2.08 ERA on the season. The Rangers have staggered of late, especially in the role of a favorite where they are just 1-7 in their last eight. The Yankees are 21-10 in their last 31 when following an off day, and the Rangers are just 1-8 here in their last nine trips. Take the Yankees.

Game: Pittsburgh at Seattle (3:40 PM Eastern)
Pick: Seattle -155 (moneyline)
Pittsburgh has been playing rather well, and had no trouble dispatching the Mariners last night in an easy 9-4 win. The runs won't come as easy tonight, as they do battle with the M's ace - Felix Hernandez. Hernandez was roughed up his last time out, allowing 6 earned runs, and many may think he is ready to go into a slump, as he has pitched very well overall. The fact is that Hernandez has a lifetime ERA of 3.18. However, after allowing 6 or more runs in his previous start, which has occurred 20 times now in his career, he has come back with an ERA of 2.64 following the disaster. That means he is plugged in and has out pitched his career numbers by over a half a run. That is significant, and with Pittsburgh owning a dismal 16-53 mark in their last 69 interleague road games, there's only one way to go here, so play on Seattle.

Game: Texas at New York Yankees (1:05 PM Eastern)
Pick: New York Yankees +115 (moneyline)
The Texas Rangers and the New York Yankees have split the first two in this series, and the Wednesday matinee at the Stadium will decide who takes this series. The Rangers, despite the win last night, have struggled at the Stadium to a 2-9 mark in their last 11 here. Neither Texas starter Derek Holland, or Yankees starter Phil Hughes have been doing well over the last month or so, but the devil is in the details here. Hughes has a pedigree both at home and vs. the Rangers. Hughes is 2-1 with a 2.00 ERA against Texas with a WHIP of 0.67 in four appearances, three of which were starts. The Yankees are impressive at home behind Hughes where they are 41-18 in his last 59 here. This is a good situation for New York and have value as a home dog. Play on New York.

Game: Tulsa at Indiana (7:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: Indiana -1 (-110)
My how the mighty have fallen. The Indiana Fever, after winning it all a season ago, have gotten off to a terrible 1-7 start, and are winless at home. Their season may very well be on the line facing a beatable Tulsa team that enters this contest at 3-8, and has had a history of losing since moving from Detroit to Tulsa. Tulsa, since making the move, has a woeful 7-50 mark on the road in 57 tries, so to see them in a game with little to no point spread, is illogical here. The Fever have had a tough schedule, and they have been pretty good when facing a losing team where they are 9-3 ATS in their last 12, and the Shock are just 2-5 ATS here in their last seven trips. Play on Indiana.

BELMONT PARK Race #1 at 3:00 PM Eastern
Top pick: #3 (POINT TAKEN) (4-1) - He had a very trouble trip last out, and that broke a string of six straight solid efforts dating back to Feb. 18. Stalker is in career best form, and has a shot at knocking off the presumed heavy favorite (#5 "Caixa Electronica").

2nd pick: #5 (Caixa Electronica) (6-5) - The probable heavy favorite, he's banked almost $1.7M over a long career (63-20-8-11), and gets some class relief after competing in stakes race the past three years. He's fine at this distance (16-4-3-1), and I could easily have made him the top pick. Obvious win candidate, and he'd be no surprise.

3rd pick: #7 (Lubango) (6-1) - Gelding likes this surface (5-2-2-1), and he also is fine at this distance (9-3-3-1). In shape speed/stalker, he draws a nice outside post to do either from. 6yo must be left in the mix.

4th pick: #4 (Metaurus) (12-1) - Not a win candidate, but he's in career best shape and could grab a small slice at a big price if the speed comes back down the stretch.

Game: Seattle at Chicago (8:00 PM Eastern)
Pick: Game Total OVER 150.5 (-110)
Seattle has been a fixture at or near the top of the WNBA standings for a long time. This season they will surely be tested without the services of Lauren Jackson, and Sue Bird - a pair of instrumental players. Chicago has opened things up with Elena Delle Donne in the fold, as she has become the leading scorer at 19.5 points per game. The Sky are posting over 82 ppg and it is no secret that they like to run the floor. The Sky, however, is in the middle of the pack when it comes to defense. The Sky have played 8-2-1 to the OVER in their last 11 following a win. Take the OVER.
